We provide the high quality care that you can expect from Summerset, delivered in a range of home choices. From serviced apartments, care suites in our care centre and memory care suites and apartments in our industry-leading memory care centre.
Our modern, purpose-built care centre at Summerset Boulcott offers a range of care services designed to meet the level of care you need including rest home and hospital-level care. (Care is subject to certification, availability and eligibility criteria.) Our friendly and professionally trained care centre staff include caregivers and registered nurses, available on-site 24 hours a day.
Our care suites once certified will offer both rest-home and hospital-level care. Our suites can accommodate a comfortable chair, other small furniture items and personal belongings. All rooms include a TV, a heat pump, and a small kitchenette for making a cuppa.
Before you come to Summerset Boulcott for care, you will need to have had a NASC assessment which determines the level of care required to ensure our care team can confidentially meet your needs.

The Ministry of Health conducts regular audits of Residential Care Facilities. They can be found HERE.
NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who ‘buy’ into a retirement village. If you intend to ‘purchase’ you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
