Rosebank Serviced Apartment residents enjoy a leisurely and secure lifestyle under the caring 24 hour attention of our dedicated staff team. You can choose to live with as much independence and privacy as you wish, or take part in our diverse range of activities and regular outings provided. Due to our central Ashburton location, residents are able to continue to live as part of the Ashburton community by participating in activities outside of Rosebank.

Our Serviced Apartments are well appointed, modern and warm, and being subtly decorated you will feel at home with your own furniture in place.

Features of the Serviced Apartments are:
* Spacious studio apartments with an ensuite bathroom and kitchenette with fridge and microwave, tea and coffee making facilities
* Tasteful décor and quality fittings
* Dedicated lounge / dining room for apartment residents
* Emergency call bell system
* Parking available

Service packages include Assisted Living, Support Plus and Residential Care - please contact Sue Prowse, Manager for details of these.

The Ministry of Health conducts regular audits of Residential Care Facilities. They can be found HERE.

NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who ‘buy’ into a retirement village. If you intend to ‘purchase’ you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.

In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
