Care Suites at Redwood:
* Are much larger than standard rest home room, so there is more room for a person to entertain family or bring more of their favourite belongings from home. Some Care Suites have a separate bedroom and living space
*Have their own kitchenette with equipped with a microwave and fridge. Perfect for making hot drinks for visitors or keeping snacks to hand.
* Have a generous private ensuite bathroom
* Have their own outdoor patio or balcony
* Are equipped with a heat pump - so residents can control the temperature and set it to what they prefer
* Have nurse call alarms
Care Suites are available under an Occupation Right Agreement secured by a first ranking mortgage in favour of the statutory supervisor on behalf of the residents.

NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who ‘buy’ into a retirement village. If you intend to ‘purchase’ you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
