Copper Crest is located in Pyes Pa at the southern end of Tauranga city. Our elevated location means most accommodation options come with excellent views across Pyes Pa to Mount Maunganui.
Shared recreational facilities at Copper Crest include a heated swimming pool, spa, gym, snooker table, table tennis and two bowling greens. Regular social gatherings are held at the Meridian Centre, which offers a dining and dancing area with piano, bar and lounge with gas fire. The new care centre that houses the apartments and care suites has a café, lounge, cinema, gardens and event space. The Copper Crest community van runs regular shopping trips and social outings.
We offer Living Well apartments for assisted living and care suites for a higher level of support and care.

NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who ‘buy’ into a retirement village. If you intend to ‘purchase’ you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
