Set along the Waikato River, Linda Jones Village offers a tranquil retirement lifestyle where you can meander along the beautiful river walkways or have a swing at the nearby golf courses. Soak up the peace and quiet in your own sanctuary, or make the most of the village amenities like treating yourself to a pamper at the salon or playing with the grandkids in the pool.
Our residents live in spaces designed to inspire, indulge, and entertain. Assisted living in a serviced apartment offers the benefits of independent living with added support to make life easier, including housekeeping and delicious chef-prepared meals. Our serviced apartments are located in the heart of the village to ensure that getting around is a breeze and staying active and connected with others is easy.
It’s the feeling of togetherness that’s the real clincher for serviced-apartment residents. You have a variety of outings, regular transport options and endless opportunities to join in with activities when you feel like it. You feel included, you feel supported, but more importantly, you can still enjoy the sanctuary of your own apartment
We’re recognised by Canstar Blue for having the Most Satisfied Customers, which highlights the outstanding lifestyle and amenities on offer at a Ryman village and complements our tenth win of Reader’s Digest’s Most Trusted Brand.
It’s something to be experienced so we invite you to visit and talk to our team. Better still, talk to our residents and their families – they’re the experts!

The Ministry of Health conducts regular audits of Residential Care Facilities. They can be found HERE.
NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who ‘buy’ into a retirement village. If you intend to ‘purchase’ you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
