Staffing qualifications and details		Each care centre has a Care Manager who is a Nurse. Bramlee House (Rest Home) also has a Clinical Co-ordinator who is a Registered Nurse along with Enrolled Nurses and Care givers.
Details about meals		Breakfast - generally fruit and choice of cereal or porridge with toast and tea and coffee. Residents select their choice of lunch and dinner meal from our menu. Dinner is our main meal of the day served in the evening with wine or juice Morning tea and afternoon tea are home baking - slices, cakes, scones etc. Supper is a cuppa and a plain biscuit.
